There are no refunds on refurbished merchandise purchases. Merchandise may be exchanged (pending availability) or returned for store credit within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours, Merchandise purchases are final. Unless otherwise noted and agreed to in writing, manufacturer warranties and our Satisfaction Guarantee do not apply to merchandise.

We stand behind our products if you receive a damaged product you must notify the shipper and us immediately failure to notify us will result with you being responsible for charges.
No returns are accepted without RMA replacement only no returns.
